I'm replacing the floor pans on a 1970s car and am wanting an invisible repair - party as a learning exercise and partly as the car is worth doing properly.
I've seen clamps that hold 2 pieces of sheet flush so they can be welded.
When done the clamps are removed and the section where the clamp was is then welded to finish the job.
Does anybody let know what the clamps are called, and does anyone have any spares or the name of a decent supplier?
Edit: These but weld clamps would be ideal, but the supplier is in Australia!
Many thanks!
