If you don't to cut the connector on wp26 and continue to not use the foot pedal you will need (I don't know if there is a version of this torch with an integrated button if there is so skip the button part that I talk next):
-An 8 pin amphenol plug ebay has quite a few.
-A button zip tied to the torch body (if the torch you buy doesn't have one integrated if it has skip this)
-Wiring the 2 wires from the button to the pins 2 and 3 of the 8 pin connector(this one I just checked on TA manual).
And it's done, as simple as that :-)View attachment 58067
Just to say a thanks to all who contributed to the thread,,I got myself a CK20 with the superflex hoses in the end,,, so much smaller and more controllable and with gas lenses its so small!
been looking to get a flexloc torch myself but prices seem to be all over the place. does this seem like a reasonable price...

yeah never spotted that, just looking to get a scratch/lift start machine set up at home to see if it actually gets used at all, current job is all wp26 sized torches and just fancied something that doesn't resemble wrestling a python...That's setup for American machine, it doesn't have the 3/8 bsp fitting

what sort of price can you get these langy? have you got an online shop?I've been wondering if it's worth buying these with a 3/8 bsp fitting on them, I can certainly do them a fair bit cheaper than most other suppliers but have to buy quite a few
