Any suggestions as to where to shop and brand?

Need an 096 AGM, eurocarparts want over £300 for a bosch ... seems excessive to be honest

There's a reason you need AGM?

The two I have sitting in my kitchen (don't ask) have a list price of about £430 each. I can't remember if that is Inc or ex vat either.

I only have them as they were cheap (to me) Lead acid will do the job otherwise in the majority of cases.

(sorry, I don't want to sell the ones I have, besides, buying unknown batteries is generally crazy)

I would say under £200 for one of those!

I used to use AGM when I was doing audio installs, nicer charge and discharge curve, only made a tiny difference but engine off listening could make or break a system

To get the discount, you have to click & collect on line, in store you get charged full price. Recently bought a battery from them for my camper, ordered on line, 10 minutes later a text to say it’s in.
