Hi guys, just about to start making a new turbo manifold as the current stainless one has cracked.
May use steel steam tube and bends this time as it may be more forgiving.
I already have flanges made up in 304 so would 304 welded to steel with a 309 filler be as strong as me making up new steel flanges and keeping it all steel?.
I know some exhaust manufacturers go the other way with steel flanges and stainless tube.
