Hi all. Finally got round to doing the Cambelt on the little diesel 205 (ex windy miller) nearly ready to put the belt on. I didn't bother getting the whole Cambelt kit as the water pump is dry as a bone. And the idler is Fine. However there is very slight play in the tensioner bearing itself. I don't think it's enough to be concerned about. I've been told that the tensioners are good for 25th and this engine is only on 130k and a very well looked after motor. The tensioners are unobtainable on there own or should I find a top quality bearing of the correct width and I.d and turn up a sleeve for the outside?
