Hello all,
I'm new to welding and, after some great deal of internet research, have decided to purchase a stick welder. I don't want a really expensive one, as I'm only 16, but I want a good one that will last me a while, with features that should mean that I don't have to upgrade to a better one for a couple of years.
I live in the UK, and I found this on Amazon.

I know it's not exactly a well known brand like Clarke or Sealey, etc. but I see that it has good reviews, and it's also a DC welder, with (I think) infinite current control. Looks portable and well made too.
I was wondering if it's worth buying, hoping for someone more experienced than me in welding could tell me what they think.
I hope to use it primarily for fabricating a drift trike chassis, and possibly some other small-scale welding projects.
Anyway, thanks.
Craig
