i was looking into buying a mig, but i really dont know what i want. see i know in my heart ill never ever weld body panels so the lightest gauge i would weld would be an odd exhaust checkerplate for floors in trailers, and 3.2mm wall tube for gates and stuff. having said that i can do all that to a a1 standard with my oilcooled. the problem i have with migs is the sh** duty cycles on them at the higher amps. if i got something like a mighty mig 190 or 200 or whatever it is. will 100 amp weld 3.2 mm pipe with full penetration. you think a 190 amp machine would be fit to weld at 190 at 100%, like whats the point in it if you can only take advanage of it for 15% of the time. round 500 600 to spend on machine. what would suit me best. thanks
