Hi
Sorry, long rambling explanation....
I am painting my car in stages - mainly because I dont have a garage so I'm at the mercy of the weather.
The shell is bare, and by next week I will have finished the celly top coat on the engine bay, cabin and boot. This will allow me to reassemble the mechanicals over the winter, then paint the outside of the car next summer.
I need to get the glass back into the shell asap to get it water tight. How should I paint the areas where the window seals cover? Can I top coat the window apertures out onto the main panels, and then blend it in later?
Cheers
Jim
