Hi just one quick thought onthe AC No Starty thing, on the on the par weld 200 Xti ac/dc set I was using, at my now ended contract, when you weld with DC current you have to have the DINSE plug in the negative front panle socket, DCEN, obviously for feritics, and the weld return DINSE in the posetive socket, but, if you keept the leads in this configuration and just swiched the pannel from Dc to Ac the arc no starty!!!!!! : (
On my machine which is digital it just has torch power out and weld return, on mist other machines it needs a lead swap.
So the solution I found was always to have the macheenz cables plugged torch posetive and weld return negative for AC welding and it started every time!!!!
Try it and see if your AC works before you contact your supplier, innnnit........
I thank you
