There's quite a few places selling generic full bahroom suites such as here
Has anyone experience of fitting these - quality of manufacture etc, along with how they have performed in service?
...or any other recommendations?
There two victorian plumbing and victoria plumb!Victoria Plumbing are absolute ****e, but cheep TBF proberbly no worse than any ware else , Ok if your willing to adapt strengthen and change quite a bit of stuff, When I built this place VP stuff was all I could afford.... Lots of bits have been replaced since 2018.
Frankly.... a little too much information!I "splashed out" on an Armitage Shanks suite.

It would have been Victoria Plumbing I used, I also remember that I was missing some stupid bits (door seal etc on a shower enclosure) they wanted me to send the whole thing back then they would send another...... even after I explained it was siliconed to the wall!!, It was a real battle to get this stupid bit of plastic out of them. There two victorian plumbing and victoria plumb!
I live in Stoke-on-Trent where traditionally such sanitary ware was made mainly in the UK. In my youth I worked for Royal Doulton Sanitary ware in the laboratory doing quality control testing, etc. I can now go to B&Q etc and find defects in items for sale that years ago would have consigned them to the scrap pile or at least be classed as seconds however now are considered "acceptable".I "splashed out" on an Armitage Shanks suite. I really should have saved my money, because the quality is nothing like they used to be. Probably a generic rebranded.
