Hi guys, I've finally managed to get my bandsaw up and running with a new M42 Bi-Metal blade from good ol' sawmatic. I've fitted it up and it'll cut but it's ever so slightly (maybe a bit more than ever so slightly) out of square. As in.. when I cut a piece of box section and lay it on a flat surface with a square next to it, it'll be off.
I've tried a few things, cutting with barely any pressure and letting the saw do the work, playing with the tensioner and playing with the angle of the whole saw (it cuts mitres, thought it may have been of the angle) but can't think of much more.
I've attached the video of it cutting & a picture of what the cut turns out like. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've got a project coming up where the legs for a coffee table need to be as square as humanly possible.
Much appreciated lads, have at it
