I'm looking to take up welding and have been recommended a Clarke 151TE.
I will likely use the welder for car repairs, and hopefully i'll work towards building a locost sevenesque sports car, and maybe something like building a garden fence/gate.
I'm a bit confused with regards to powering the 151TE though.
"Operates from 230v, single phase power supply (15 amps minimum)."
Domestic supply is single phase right?
But isn't it 13amp...?
What would I need to use the 151TE?
Chris
