Hi all. I've just bought a cheap Metz bead roller.
The first job will be to add some rigidity to the 10mm mounting plate. This isn't going to be mounted on a stand and I'm not as strong as I was so weight has to be considered.
I was thinking of perhaps adding some rectangle box section to the back and tapering its height down to the rollers. My thoughts are that its the sides of the box section that create the strength so by removing the underside of the box section would not be a problem - I would in effect be adding some "C" section. What are your thoughts please.
