I've welded a couple other things up now building a small foot print welding table. Thought I'd throw these up for critique. I had a bit of a larger gap between the mitre joint with the weld that looks a little rougher, which I seemed to do in small run before stopping letting cool a bit and starting again.
The second one I almost did in a continuos run however I stopped to reposition myself, the mitre join on this was much tighter/neater.
Material is 3mm wall 75by50 mm gal box section (RHS) . I do realise welding gal is/can be hazzardous, I was after black steel but couldn't get it in this spec or near it, the top will not be gal it just black flat bar. Welding all this outside at the moment, when there is no or very little wind.
