What does it look like? The term is not familiar to me.Tiger seal full size sheet to the outside.
Putty on such an area of holes and metal thickness, I believe, will crack over time from impacts.Glue sheets on the inside.
Body filler on the exterior to hide the indents and sand down, paint.
Tiger seal is a hybrid polyurethane adhesive/sealer. It is used extensively in the car/caravan coach building industry. Brand names are sikaflex, pu40, stixall etc. What does it look like? The term is not familiar to me.
God bless Poland! A bit of searching in "fairy land - we have it all", I found numerous options for server drawers, standard 19" width, and adjustable depth. Perfectly reasonable price. With a load of 80 kg. And a miracle, the doorway of the cabinet door seems to allow implant such shelves.I will study this issue in more depth.Hi, Robust moving rails can be liberated from filing cabinets.

I’m going to suggest it as no one else has, but I’d weld an insert in but cut the holes out so it’s one big insert rather than lots of small onesPut patches on rivets or weld the inserts flush into the holes. Steel thickness 1.5 mm.
which way to choose?

My Dominator bike exhaust came from Poland. And very well made it is too.Whatever would we do without the Poles? They seem so very resourceful and turn their hands to anything. They were invaluable to us 80 years ago too!
Any sheet plastics, aluminum and other sheet materials, cost indecently a lot. For an iron chest, everything must be iron. He has a tough life ahead of him. May he survive me.We would fit a 1.5 mm plate over the area, with studs welded to the back of the plate, so no bolts could be seen from the front.
or a cheaper option would be a black perspex/ plastic sheet, stuck on with 3m double sided tape.
