Hi everyone, after years of making do with crappy little welders, I've decided to treat myself. Been on the "Welding Supplies Direct" site and I'm looking for advise on the following, pretty please
Oxford Migmaker 200. This will be for car restoration. Sometimes for outdoors work (The mig I have when using fluxed wire gets a bit too hot for thin car panels).
Paton ProTig 200 AC/DC. This will be for Aluminium, probably not more than 5mm thick and thin stainless.
Tec-arc 561 Plasma cutter. This will for aluminium and mild steel no more than 5mm. (Wondering how clean the cut is with this machine).
These machines are pretty much stretching my budget, but just want to know if they are up to the job and how reliable they are. If not, then I guess I will have to stretch my budget a bit further.
Thanks
