Hello all,
I`ve recently beenmade redundant from my job of the last 13 years and have now decided to get back into the welding fabrication game.
I`m a time served welder after a 5 year apprenticeship, and was a coded welder registered with Lloyds many moons ago........
I`m looking for some advice on what model mig welder to buy? I`m going to be working for myself from a very small workshop/garage and will be mainly fabricating gates, railings garden furniture etc.
So the welder I would be looking for would have to be comfortable welding basic angle iron, box section and flat bar up to thicknesses of probably 10mm, obviously I would be looking for a model that would be more than adequate for these materials and capable of welding thicker material in time to come.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers.
