SNAP! I've got one just like this and the comments made about wire feed speed being sensitive to the voltage is correct; it is a bit of a pain (new Portamig is a dream in comparison). Don't try on thin material, it doesn't seem to work too well on thin stuff.
A mistake I made was to replace the torch (old one was gone). This can be pretty expensive as (I think) it has a dedicated connection at the unit end. If you can restrict work to replacing the liner then you could have a winner.
Bottom line, don't spend too much on it and you have a winner.
