I'm after an AC/DC tig for home use and am having difficulty deciding between a Thermal Arc Arcmaster 202 at £1050 or an R-Tech 200A. Weighing up the pros and cons I'm tempted by the R-Tech as it has a higher duty cycle (60% at 200A vs 20% for the TA) and they R-Tech are just down the road so any issues I'll have no problem getting parts. They both have the same 2yr warranty.
Any input as to reliability of the two brands?

Another related question, how many amps would I be needing for fillet welds in 5-6mm Alu? Mostly I work with 3mm or so steel so it'll only be on occasion.
