A Big thanks to all who have endeavered to help with my welding woes for a long while now..
Well good news at last! My ESAB has been back to the factory via the supplier to be checked over as I've had nightmares from new with it/my own lack of ability...
It came back Fri with the report it had a small gas leak at the torch..
I've tried it over the w/e and it's a total transformation... Within minutes my confidence had soared.. I can now for the first time hear gas when I press the trigger and it's so clean with no burnt ceramics etc.. Just fantastic and a joy to use, finally..
The bad news is it appears it's been like this from new.. It makes sense really as some of you will remember I've always used so much argon..
A really big thanks to all for all the help and advice and for those that urged me not to give up..
Thank you all of you..
