I've run that in
horrible to work with isn't it!
No I mean I have run it in the scrap. It was nice

16mm is good for 75amps in an underground duct, so fine if he only wants 63?
you must have wound up whoever designed that circuit.
Looks like fun....biggest I've run is 200 amp alum service wire 2/0 4/0 4/0I've run 300mm csa 5core
Installers use allot of lube, you probably did not when removing it ? as it doesn't matter if youwe used the winch on a recovery truck to pull it through ducting and then a forklift to bend it around a corner, it was heavy and hell and didn't like to bend
felt sorry for the electrician wiring it into the panels but they made it look easy (ish)... I guess experience and knowing it would be ok makes a difference... I'd have been bending it around thinking "how the hell am I going to make this work?"
why?
Because you had to run a 300mm 5core SWA!
Anyone designing a circuit of that size would know that you can save a lot of money and have a much easier job if you run two or three smaller cables in parallel.
Off the top of my head you could probably replace that 300mm cable with 2x120mm.
And if the load is reliably balanced then you could drop to a 1/2 size neutral and run 1x4core and 1x3core.
