Hi all quick question if I need to laquer over my 2k top coat dose it have to be the same day or could it be in next couple of days
Thanks Paul
Well im now confused. If you need to put a clear coat over the top of 2k top coat as per your question, you need to cure it and key it up. If however you are talking about putting 2k clear over your basecoat, then soon after flash off

Yeah sorry about that .okay it's 2k blue and I was thinking of putting a glitter over it in clear coat.
This is what's on the add
stunning colour that is totally unique, we were asked to make a colour for a guitar manufacturer
and this was one that we all liked but they wanted us to make a lighter version.
We decided to keep it as we were all quite impressed by it.
A real rich blue colour with a metallic flake that looks stunning in the sunlight.
This is a 2 Pack paint but we also have it in a Cellulose direct gloss version.
This colour will need to activated or hardened with a 2K activator in the ratio of 2:1 + 5-10% 2K thinner
The blue will gloss from the gun but you can overcoat it with either a cellulose or 2 pack clear
if you want that extra depth of gloss and protection.
