I picked up a 150TE this week, described as 'not feeding wire'. This is partially true, as the relay doesn't operate when triggered...
The board has nothing obvious showing, no burns or dry joints. It's a 1993 model - nice 'heavy duty' components compared to similar.
I tested the board transformer first, 600 Ohms primary, 13 Ohms secondary. Surprised on the primary's high reading. Then tested with mains voltage and it puts out 28 Vac, which is OK.
Next was to test all diodes. I removed one, as the reading was bad in circuit, then fine when removed.
I suppose it's the other semi-conductors next, which I hate doing, cos I'm bad at it!
Any pointers? Cheers.
