If you want it to last when done use some proper seam sealer
fire extinguishers you need is a Co2 one local fire extinguisher place that tests etc will refill one you want it without the dip tube or you have to use it upside down as Co2 is liquid in the extinguisher not a gas

It's a bit difficult to judge the welds without seeing the reverse side...pics of the other side of the test pieces would help.
I did just take a look at your welder online...it looks like the lowest power setting is around 30A and the tip voltage is around 30v (I think...others may know better)..30x30=900w on that setting. I've never tried myself but I'm wondering whether you could run it from a cheap 1,000w inverter maybe...of course welding with the engine on would be a whole different discussion thread all together but maybe you have access to a second car that could run the inverter I was thinking.
In the manual I did notice in big bold letters that if you are using gassless then you need to reverse the polarity and have the "earth" clamp on the positive and the torch on the negative. Gassless isn't my bag to be honest but figured I'd mention what I had seen just in case....can't hurt to check I guess!
....just checked your pic and it looks like it is set correctly
