I'm after a new mask, my budget isn't huge, in fact it's quite tiny in fact, I think I have it narrowed down to 2, esab warrior or Jackson wh20 just wondering what people's thoughts are
What is your top budget.I'm after a new mask, my budget isn't huge, in fact it's quite tiny in fact, I think I have it narrowed down to 2, esab warrior or Jackson wh20 just wondering what people's thoughts are
It's never an issue for new lids. Lenses and spares are always available to order and quite often they are standard sizes so you don't always need to buy genuine parts at twice the cost. The 9000 series speedglas are not produced nowadays but the cover lenses can be got easily over the web.Can you get spare lens covers locally? Honestly I just use parweld and find them just fine and can get cover lenses at all the suppliers without needing to order in
Darren have you tried a Viking yet. They are going very cheap on eBay.Hell I can walk in to my local and pick up packs of inners and outers for my 9000D from stock.
No I'm just not a Scottish butcher that has to chuck everything to test it sweetie. You don't half mollycoddle your kit sweetie ^_~ x

That's it like. Preparation is key.
@Freddy0309 - at the lower end of the market (say < £100) it's much of a muchness. What you get with a bit more cash is comfort.
Having bought one mask online and one from a mate, the second one is much more comfortable as I had the opportunity to try it on and it suited.
Do you have a local place you could go and try one on at? Perhaps they'd match online price or maybe give you some sweeteners if you ask nicely
