Hi to all.
I'm trying to make me a saw horse with roller, like these :
http://www.ebay.it/itm/2-X-ADJUSTAB...SAW-ROLLERS-/161076722668?hash=item2580ebbbec
I think of make the roller with a piece of Ø60mm tubing (3mm wall) capped with 2 pieces of 60mm stock (5 mm tall)
A friend of mine cut me the 2 caps. But the only kind of 60mm he had at work was c40 steel (0.4% carbon, I think).
Is there any procedure to follow to succesfully weld the thing? I remember from school that C40 steel is
not the best for welding.
Thanks in advance.
