From Telford could sort your lightguards, i reckon you would be looking at a 650 labour + parts for a repair, he used to keep secondhand spares and has reparied loads of Bronx systems.
A new 'sick' lightguard system to suit your hydraulic upstroke would cost about 5k fitted.
Depending on what you are suing it for you may get away with a fixed guard (always difficult on a press brake used for folding - we had a surplus machine we used for punching, google parsell punch tools- a fixed guard is straight forward in this case), or the HSE would accept a small stroke with a max 6mm gap(+ mat'l thickness) with no guard.
Using a pressbrake without a guard may result in prosecution if caught,at leasta big black mark and a prohibition notice with the HSE, or if someone is injured you're gaffer will be done for! Trust me on this!!
