Hi there,
got some bending of 48mm OD pipe of wall thickness of 4mm,
just using a cheap clarke bender, did a test piece to 90o (how do you get a degree sign?!)
the die is for 40mm ID pipe so it does crush a bit but its good enough for the project.
I was wondering if anyone can help me out with the maths of working out lengths needed for different angles?
i marked the test piece out and got approximately 270mm of pipe from beginning to end of the bend, how do i use that figure to calculate the center line radius of other angles?
thanks very much for any help!
