Anyway didn't bought the lathe because wasn't enough big , spindle has broken bearing and completely stuck, stuck bedways, WELDED tailstock quill so no even straight anymore.
Completely rusted up
200 euros was way too much money, asked if he was intended to lower the price, answer not so much,not enough and I came back home .
I usually get upset or get a delusion when I go somewhere to buy something and I don't, especially like today when I have go drive for hours for going to have a look at the item.

Got one of those on my ferocious little BSA, and it works really rather well...
Think that they need to be thrown away once the batteries cag out, but the unit has worked very nicely thus far...

A 50m steel tape, it was for bin as damaged in shipping to work. I asked if I could take it home and see if I could fix it - the frame was bent out of shape so the tape unhooked inside as a result.
The new aluminium jaws in my No3 Record vice came in handy to straighten the frame back after re attaching the tape inside.

Have One myself too in my tool box .
As above it works fine , and it's cheap.
I use it while carb tuning or checking for problems it work on 4 strokes too

I got this Sykes Pickavant metal shear in the post this week from Paul's workshop.
It didn't need much I gave it a good oiling and the top centre shear bolt was bent slightly. It's just an M8 bolt so I had a replacement on shelf and it's working really smoothly. I also used some alcohol to clean the rubber grip.
I am going to drill and tap some solid square bar and bolt it onto that. Then it's the square bar that can get gripped tightly in a bench vice when using it.
They are handy, they work like this:

Few months ago I got an esab sentinel A50 without adf cause I'm an idiot.
So after a research on AliExpress I've bought a big screen true colour adf which fits in it .
Not entirely sure it will work but is the only one that is worth trying.
Din 4 grind mode
Din 5-9 cutting mode
Din 9-13 welding mode
Plus it has a similar LCD and Push button menu similar to the original one but instead of being on the lower part of the adf, it's on the upper side.
Having the possibility to not paying for shipping, I've bought two sets of dinse connectors 35-50 size with panel sockets.
Filter capacitors.
So I can start the arc gouger project.
And a Fluke T-pac clone because it's useful and happens often to need it , especially now that we have to dismantle and replace electronics on a 4 axis Toshiba CNC milling machine at work.
Because of the age we can only move it with manual drive by wire controls.
New softwares are not compatible with its hardware

Carb adjusters, Im sure they are not the best quality. I'll have to check if they fit/work as the tips look a bit less defined than I expected, but it may be that carb screws are like that..
Hex bits, bought for the 10/12mm to make a lathe nut milling holder. Plan to screwcut them M8, M10, M12 and I can make adaptors for any other sizes.

Happy in the purchase of a short stainless steel exhaust can, which, when suitably modified, should attenuate the fearsome bark of my BSA trailie...
Sounds really sharp, crisp, and excellent until about 40 miles into a ride...
After which, it rather causes my teeth to grind...

I got myself a new toolbox /tool chest from Costco. It is a 'Kirkland Signature 42" (106cm) RedLine 16-Drawer Garage Tool Chest'.
It was hernia-inducing getting it on the truck by myself.
Assembled
This is where it will live, next to the lathe, close to the mill.
The toolbox is going to keep all my mill, drill and lathe tools.
I have thrown a few things in, but plenty of work still needs to be done.
