Hello
I have recently got a TIG welder and am getting together all the equipment I need and reading up as much as I can before starting. The booklet with my welder is very brief and not very well written. I have attached picture of the front panel. I have an idea of what most of the switches do but need clarification on others.
Label 1 in not sure about.
Label 2 I think would be the lowest current during the weld but am unclear of when this kicks in or if its just the current at start.
Label 3 I think is the normal welding current.
Label 4 Is the frequency, but what effect will this be having on the weld?
Label 5 This I understand to be the time after the welding stops that the gas stays on.
Here is another picture of the saftey label on the top of the welder. It made me laugh, especially the stuff about homework.
Thanks for the help
