What exactly would you base this on? Unless you have found some information that i cant? All i see is the pictures and brief general description! My opinion would be "buyer beware". There are many other lower cost options available, that at least give you full technical information and warranty, and have been tried and tested by users of this forum. If your budget is in and around this end of the market, then i would look to the brands that come up regularly for similar applications/ budgets. They look decent
Looking at the prices on this product, i would hazard a guess that "shipped from Spain" is likely to have originated in China. Why would you chance a product that is not supported closer to home? If you have a failure, i assume you would have 12 months warranty, but it would be return to base? They're can't have been too much price difference between this product and similar R-Tech/ Parweld/ GYS/ Jasic? all of which would offer support in the UK?
It’s German I believe their mig welder looks very good quality fir less tgen £300 and has cast aluminium wire feedI'd put my money on it being China.
On their website it says they stock spairs there based in the uk?Looking at the prices on this product, i would hazard a guess that "shipped from Spain" is likely to have originated in China. I’ll bet it’s not...It’s German
Nothing welder wise made in Germany is ever going to be £300, not with the reputation for absolute engineering brilliance that comes out of thereI’ll bet it’s not...
I could make a brand with the most German name going and make it in my back shed in Shropshire, doesn't mean it's GermanThe name is German lol so its cinese tgen? Everlast are chinese but quality
By that they most likely mean they took the generic design and told them to change one or two components sorry if I seem a tad sceptical. So there designed in Germany but made in china but they do seem goid quality
Not sure but for the price you do get a quality wire feed and other bits wouldn’t expect that in a less then £300 machine plus 60% duty cycle at 200 amps which is impressiveBy that they most likely mean they took the generic design and told them to change one or two components sorry if I seem a tad sceptical.
Apparently that’s what R-Tech do....By that they most likely mean they took the generic design and told them to change one or two components sorry if I seem a tad sceptical.
