Hi all, this is my first post on this forum so first of all hello to everyone!!!
My first question...
I'm a newbie to car restoration and am currently re-furbing my nissan 200sx(which is quite rusty underneath) anyway i am using a zinc based primer, i have some xylene thinners for use with it but i don't think i have enough and it is hard to get hold of where i live. I chanced it in the spray gun with no thinners and it seemed to work fine and give a descent finish(i'm not worried about the finish because its all underneath the car and will be covered with 3m body shutz)
So is there any harm in using no thinners? or will it mean the quality of the coat is crap or just the finish???
Thanks in advance for any help!!!
