Sorry for this, you guys must get fed up of these questions, after spending hours and hours on the net and this website looking, Im still no wiser lol.
Im in the market for another/ different MIG welder.
I tend to do a car body stuff, 3mm steel, 5mm steel, aluminium up to about 5mm (just), and gate type stuff. Ive found that with the gates unless I use stick (and I would prefer to use MIG) that I keep htting the duty cycle too quick on the Boxer twin when Im welding sort of 10mm rod/ square bar to 5mm flat bar type stuff
Ive currently got the following:
Cebora Boxer Twin 155, great machine, never had any problems, but it struggles with the gates.
Cebora 1685 ( I think it is, AC/DC 160A tig, use it mainly for the aluminium and when I want a v neat steel weld.
Draper 160 Turbo arc welder, great for making jigs and using in the forge and general heavier stuff
40A cheap italian plasma cutter which works a treat and no problems with it at all
Oxcyacetelene set
And a diesel generator (mainly bought as a generator) but it also arc welds 180A dc and its a really good weld.
The welder will be predominantly used off a 13A socket, but thats cos Im about to move, then it be gettting a 32A supply single phase.
I may also either sell the Boxer twin or might just keep it cos its great for the thin stuff. And as portable as Im ever likely to need.
My budget is 500/ 600 pnds. I would like to be able to use 15kg reels, but thats just because the reels are cheaper to buy. And it will be mainly used on Co2, although I have argon as well.
Would also like to be able to run 1mm wire, but again thats just cos the reels are cheap, I dont really need 1mm.
It will be used mainly for steel, but I would like to be able to weld aluminium as well if poss (I never had much luck with the Boxer twin, kept birdcaging and I gave up and just tigged the aluminium).
Im looking for a 200A type machine with good duty cycles (or certainly better than the boxer twin)
These are the machines Ive narrowed it down to:
the one I keep coming back to:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/AWELCO-MIG-UN...yZ113743QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
the others Iam also looking at:

Am I asking the impossible, or are these decent choices, and is there something else I should be looking at for the price range.
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.
Cheers
Steve
