Nice to see someone so young taking that much care......
What I miss about livin in California is the access to good tools/machines at affordable prices....
AND
quality plywood also at affordable prices.....used to buy a lot of Birch finished ply....they called it sub furniture grade...(for the backs n sides)......
Last week went to the cheapest wood stockist I found so far in Crete.......
wanted a couple of sheets of 18-19mm plywood....smooth finish and resin bonded if poss.....
they came up with sheets at 10ply, not resin bonded at €68 euros per sheet inc tax......and the face ply had repairs from the factory in it......
guess thats the price of livin in paradise.........?????????????
will look into importing a couple of packs......60 sheets at 1/2 and 50 sheets at 3/4.....standard bulk buy......
the last 10 mixed packs I bought was imported from Brazil.......the rougher 3/4 resin bonded was £12 per sheet.....!!!!!!!!!
