I'm looking for a cheap mig welder because I need one in the future
(Maybe I'll take it in 2020)
I found a cheap one on eBay for something like 200 euros
150A 60% I will use it only with FCAW-S wire
I need it to weld thin steel nothing of to much thick
Now my question are not about this particular welder ,but about what I need to know before choosing wich welder I need
Duty cycle ok
Gas no gas ok
Other things I need to know?
Wich wire I need ?
Here I can purchase the E71T-GS I saw the charts and they say they is rathed for 75000psi
Stronger than 7018?
What does means?
Is low hydrogen ?
Or is more like 7014 so 75000psi but does not produce good quality welds?
It's a completely new world to me ,I only stick weld In my life , never made serious welds using mig or fcaw (only two tacks in my life)
Someone says that is better push other that is better pull ,I personally think that a neutral angle is better
I don't really know ,I'm a completely ignorant when we talk about mig .
I would like to know before to buy a new welder
