I have looked everywhere and cannot find a MIG welding course in my area (Birmingham birthplace of engineering ) so I have been practicing on my own with some scrap and the results are getting better (ish) .
One problem I have is my welding helmet, it came with the MIG machine has a very dark glass which is good for protection but limits visibility of what and where I am welding especially before the arc is struck.
What type of helmet do other members recommend for MIG welding?
My MIG machine is a Clarke 151TE bought from ebay (no manual)
