Load and speed rating the second being dual rated for single and dual tyres, check the vehicle manual and if it's a class 7 MOT then it is a testable item.

115T - 2679lb max (per tire) , 118mph max
121S - 3197lb max (per tire), 112mph max

they higher load ratings are worth it on a van of it you're carrying load
check the tyre side wall, you need to run at higher pressure to meet the load ratings
I normally use 10 ply tyres, off the top of my head it's 98psi to meet the load rating on them
there's not that much load difference between the higher rated ones and lower rated ones, iirc it's something like 1250kg vs 1500kg for my vans - but it makes a notable difference when you're loaded, you can see the difference
