Hi
I've had an Esab Buddy TIG 160 on the shelf for a couple of years and decided yesterday to have a go for the first time.
I have some 30mm x 2mm box section stainless and have been attempting to make a welding trolley with it.
IT BENDS like hell!!!
Apart from the advice on the tutorials section about just doing it quickly are there any other pointers as to how to keep it from twisting and bending? Clamping it down? I haven't as I haven't yet invested in any welding clamps.
Thanks for any advice.
Please don't look at the welds too closely...it's early days.
