Hi Guys
i have just spent 3 hrs trying to repair a pin hole in a land rover oil filler air cleaner. thin metal. i was hoping for a quick blast and end of problem but have welded and grinded , tested for leaks again and again. the welded area is now about 2". Its not so much closing the hole, which easily get bigger but after grinding i seem to get pin hole leaks. Ther sems no chance of getting a good deep weld / run as if you stray onto the thin metsl you blast another hole. On low power with .6mm wire. Any advice?
