As per title really.
I have a BOC automaster 185 currently and after smashing my knee last year i want something smaller and lighter to move around. I dont think i have ever used it on full power and i do not weld regularly so i could go down to a 160a i think. The BOC machine has been superb and has certainly made me look like a better welder than i actually am.
I have a Mk1 riley elf to restore later this year (parts collecting at present) and 90% of my welding is bodywork. I have 13, 16 and 32a supplies in the garage.
Any thoughts or suggestions i would like to keep the budget sub 600 but would spend more for the right one.
