Hi everyone.
I'm new to welding and I have to make a chair frame. I'm using 5/8" o/d ERW mild steel tubing, which I've normalized, couple of bends in a hydrualic bender, then joined using 90 degree 'birds mouth' joins (sounds like I know what I'm talking about, but I don't!).
Had a practice, but i can't get a nice weld- there's so much of it building up around the joint. Any practical advice appreciated.
