I`ve got a Cebora 260e, lovely machine and nothing wrong with the existing wire feed setup.
BUT, Most of what I do is in steel, but occasionally things come up in stainless, ali, and i`d like to try mig brazing (have started another thread for that) So it would be handy to have a SWFU set up with a smaller reel of whatever wire and a shorter torch to save messing around swapping reels over.
Anyway, i`m pretty sure the welder has a 42v output, and the dinse plugs for polarity are on the front, so there easy enought to connect to. It`d just be the contactor connection i`d imagine, and cant see that being any great difficulty.
Any thoughts or input on this crazy idea, has anyone done anything similar? I`ve still got the wire feed assembly from the old Migatronic, so i could build something up, but i was thinking more down the lines of a Transmatic 4x4, to help with the softer wires.
Once again, thanks everyone in advance
