Hi everybody, New boy here.
Having just finished building a trike I decided to buy a TIG - Yeah I know - would have been more sensible to have bought it before starting instead of paying others to weld any Stainless (have a MIG ) Anyway treated myself to a Stahlweld 200P ST IGBT as I hope to have a go at building an aluminium trailer sometime so went for an AC/DC TIG.
Having watched lots of Vids on TIG I think I have a grasp of the theory but after reading the extremely basic manual I am none the wiser of how to set the Pulse ( I'm probably getting too far ahead with this ) The knob on the machine, labeled Pulse width, goes from -5 to 0 to + 5 . How do you have a minus pulse width? Does anyone know this works?
