Spacers, standoff’s, packers?

Looking to buy some spacers for a small job, that could turn in to a run of 10 or 20 depending on whether it works or not..

1” bore, 1” length, outside diameter isn’t a problem at the moment. So that I can space a wheel off the side of a shelter.

Sadly everything I’ve turned up so far is 1” length and threaded for M3-M8..

Any pointers, or suggestions?
