So due too people not doing thier jobs properly this has left me with a long too do list at work thought I'd share some of it with you.
Replacement of generator turbo charger water wash drains. All were choked solid with carbon and some were rotten through too the point of falling apart. Started by making a jig.
Clamped and screwed too the work bench.
Turns out we have the correct size die and the pipe bender actually works after the motorman says initially its broken and I have spent the morning making the jig and bending 2 pipes up that way. A bit peved
Two middle pipe were hand bent on jig outer two on pipe bender. Didn't turn out too bad I thought.
