Short mig torch on ebay

Found this on eBay today, I have never seen a torch this short before. I can only think it's for soft wires like aluminium? But being so short I doubt it would even reach the top of a welding bench without it being under strain or having a kink?

Never seen one that short, 2m was the shortest we had where weldset was directly under workbench.
