a friend has a kids electric scooter, and it snapped at the back where the wheel and motor attach to the frame,
quite cheaply it slots in and was tacked together, the tacks snapped pulling out a chunk of metal,
it fit back in to the break neatly, and i mig'd it up, looks strong and good weld, cheap metal and thin 2-3mm pipes,.
basicly the girl is quite heavy and snapped it again tearing it in the same place,
my question is what can i do to make it strong ? fixed??
i have grinded it back and cleaned it all up with my heat gun this is before my welding, i wil post pics of my work when i strip it, but it has split in the same place,
