Took to spewing coolant out this afternoon. Quite some pressure in those pipes. Took the torch apart and there is a tiny split in a copper pipe inside the handle. Pipe is probably 6mm od.
If the pipe is cleaned up, will it solder ok? Lots of other gubbins in the toch that a blow torch will nicely ignite so i was thinking about using a soldering iron. Will this produce enough heat to melt the solder so it will pull into the split, or is the heat just going to disappear along the pipe?
