The car's ares 2008 and 2011, I have removed most of it but thought I would leave the residue for a while as UV normally degrades the foam. How fresh is the paint underneath?
I’m itching to know how the accident happened .......... and to two cars
no good to you now, as works on foam that hasn't hardened.
but handy to have on the shelf.
Then claim off their insurance and let them sort it outHad a new window fitted on the second floor and they must have put to much foam in, it went everywhere.
I have many different solvents at hand in my workshop, some very strong & not one of them will dissolve hardened expanding foam, you have to wait until it wears off!
Will acetone really touch factory clear coat? Even if it isn't factory, it should be 2k clear which should be acetone resistant...Acetone will disolve it, but it will also disolve the paint. which is a white pearl effect so it could end up bieing a full respray.
