Hi guys hope you're well
Currently building my first project. Welding cart. Sadly I ran out of wire. The Clarke welder came with what they call a 'mini' spool. Is that this....???

Well, it halted proceedings for a short time but strength test for a few hours seemed to show my welds holding up
A couple of messy corners but cos of all your advice I realised what was going on and fixed it. And the rest of http welds were acceptable.
Basically my 45 degree angle cuts weren't great so when I got it all squared up and level there was too bigger gaps and when I hit it with max settings I just got undercut (I think that's the right term). So backed off the heat, built up the gaps and I'm going to grind them down and re weld. And stick some gussets in for good measure
